In excellent news for people who are bad at things. A little-known Bunnings Warehouse return policy has surfaced that is a saving grace for those who want to live a gorgeous, Pinterest existence but lucked out on the green thumb gene.
The ‘perfect plant promise’ allows customers to return their dead plants within 12 months of purchase for a refund or replacements. The offer applies to all plants, with the exception of seedlings.
“All our plants (except seedlings) are guaranteed for 12 months. If you’re not 100% happy, return your plant (with receipt or tax invoice) and we’ll refund it,” the website states.
The website doesn’t specify whether this is an ever-replenishing offer but I truly hope I can go through the rest of my days copping a brand new Monstera deliciosa every six months without devoting a smidgen of energy into properly taking care of the beast. The days of ornamental Ikea orchids are over bitches. In 2020 we will be turning our mouldy sharehouses into air-purified oases.
