Celebrity Apprentice star Carla From Bankstown has spilt the tea about which cast members got ‘hammered’ while filming the popular reality TV show.

The drag queen told Megan Pustetto of So Dramatic! that she and a few of her castmates liked to instil some liquid courage before heading to the boardroom.

“A lot of times in the Winner’s Room, I was absolutely tanked,” she told Pustetto. “It was so funny to watch back.”

“I remember we didn’t end up filming that part until like really, really late at night,” she added. “It was me… Woody [Whitelaw] and Vince [Colosimo] and we were just hanging out. We were literally just having drinks.”

“By the time we started filming the boardroom part, I was absolutely hammered. I was just like, ‘Wooo, who’s gonna win? I’m so excited!”

The popular social media personality also dished some behind-the-scenes dirt about filming Celebrity Apprentice.

“We usually started filming the boardroom stuff about 4:30 [PM]… and we’d usually finish about 7:30-8 [PM],” Carla told the podcast.

She also shared that Lord Sugar was actually a lot nicer than he appears to be on the show.

“He was cracking jokes,” she said. “He had his little book… I feel like he had one-liners written down that he was trying to work into the conversation.”

“You could tell that he was looking at this paper being like, ‘Okay, how can I work this joke into this conversation write now?;”

Celebrity Apprentice Australia 2022 finished earlier this month, and NRL star Benji Marshall was crowned the winner. He took home $487,105 for his charity Souths Cares.

And, while Marshall’s charity winnings were impressive, he’s previously revealed that he was compensated well for his time, too.

“I think some people in their contract had that if they lasted a certain amount of time, you get more money, so they probably got fired early,” told Triple M’s The Monday Scrum radio show.

“I think some people in their contract had that if they lasted a certain amount of time, you get more money, so they probably got fired early,” he said.

Marshall mentioned that some of the celebrities discussed how much money they signed on for and that his contract was for a much higher dollar value.

“During the first week, people started talking about how much they were getting paid and I said ‘yeah same’ but I was getting paid way more than that,” he shared. “Let’s just say I was very happy.”
