Channel 10 has revealed three of the women who will compete for Jed, Felix and Thomas’s hearts on this year’s season of The Bachelor.

The network released three videos, highlighting The Bachelor contestants named Krystal, Jessica and Leah.

“Felix is hot, like, he walks in and he’s just big and tall,” Krystal says to the camera in the first clip. Later in the clip, she adds: “He’s already my husband, Mrs Felix.”

Meanwhile, Jessica’s clip show’s Felix talking about the blonde bombshell. “This is the first date that I’d actually felt a little bit nervous,” he says. “[I] got a little bit of goosebumps and it was just a really good feeling.”

He adds, “I like this girl, Jessica is one of those girls that I could see myself with.”

However the clip hints at drama between Jessica and Felix when it shows her crying and the lead telling the camera, “it’s thrown me”.

In the third clip, titled ‘Meet Leah’, Thomas can be seen approaching Leah in a park. “I’m an old school romantic in a hook-up culture, finding love is the missing piece to my puzzle,” she tells the camera.

Thomas’ voice can be heard saying, “I’ve always been very romantic, I’m here to find real love, it’s just really important to me,” as the couple are paddled on a row boat in the river.

However, Thomas is shown shortly after in tears, “I can’t believe I’m crying,” he tells the camera.

The Bachelor Australia premieres on January 9th on Channel 10. This year is the first year that there will be more than one lead: Jed McIntosh, Felix Von Hofe and Thomas Malucelli will all have women vying for their hearts (and roses).

McIntosh is a drummer for Melbourne band Mood Monroe and has played with some big names including Kylie Minogue, Pharrell Williams, T-Pain and Sean Paul. Von Hofe is a marketing manager who was a captain for the Melbourne Tigers and Malucelli is a fitness and life coach.
