Australian actor Damon Herriman has been penned to play Charles Manson in both Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and the second season of David Fincher’s Mindhunter.
As Collider reports, Herriman will portray a 1969-era Manson in Tarantino’s film. Once Upon a Time In Hollywood will centre around the Manson cult murders. Herriman be starring alongside Australia’s national treasure Margot Robbie, who will play Sharon Tate.
In Mindhunter, Herriman will play an ’80s version of Manson, where he is already behind bars.
Herriman is best known for his role in television series Justified. His other acting credits include a role in Clint Eastwood’s J. Edgar. Russell Crowe’s The Water Diviner and Josh Lawson’s The Little Death.
Once Upon a Time In Hollywood is set for release on July 26th, 2019.
