US comedian and talk show host Chelsea Handler has announced that she will be returning to Australian shores this year for her first tour since 2014.

Handler will bring her ‘Life Will Be The Death Of Me: Chelsea Handler’s Stand-Up Comedy Tour’ to Australian audiences for the first time ever in October. The tour will celebrate the release of her #1 New York Times bestseller, Life Will Be The Death Of Me. The tour will see Handler tackle venues in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne from October 4th.

Handler is undoubtedly one of the most influential figures in entertainment. Her talk shows, books and stand-up comedy have garnered her millions of fans international. Handler rose to the highest echelons of entertainment as the host of E’s talk show, Chelsea Lately. Handler launched a brand-new talk show with Netflix in 2016, Chelsea. Chelsea saw handler tackle societies most controversial topics with her signature wit.

She left her Netflix show in 2017 to focus her attention on activism, joining forces with EMILY’s List, to help elect more women to public office.

Alongside her contributions to the entertainment world, Handler has released six bestselling books My Horizontal Life (2005), Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea (2008), Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang (2010), Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me (2011), and 2014’s Uganda Be Kidding Me, and now Life Will Be The Death Of Me.
