Chris Hemsworth has donated $10,000 worth of medical equipment to a health clinic in Armidale, NSW.
As reported by the Daily Mail, the donation included an X-ray light, medical trolley, thermometers, and a weight and height machine, which they are reportedly super grateful for.
The clinic is Armajun Aboriginal Health Service and were gifted by Hemsworth and film producer by the name of Harry, who together have been filming an upcoming National Geographic doco together.
Clinical coordinator at the Armajun Centre, Rachael Kliendienst, took to Facebook to share that Harry’s film crew had been in the market to donate the supplies, “worthy little clinic that may benefit [from the medical supplies], and they found us”.
She also wrote in the Facebook post that she was so shocked by the donation that she had to “grab the side of the van to hold myself up”.
“I think this random act of kindness has meant a lot to a lot of people who just really need to know that the little guys matter to the big guys,” she added.
Then after Harry had told her that she didn’t just have to pick something out of the van, that the whole lot of it was being donated, Kliendienst wrote, “I cuddled him for an awkward amount of time and then I called him Prince Harry.”
