Ciarran Stott’s girlfriend Ruby Burciaga has broken her silence after last night’s episode of The Challenge showed him cheating on her with Love Island star Audrey Kanongara.

In the episode, Ciarran admits to “fooling around” in the shower with Audrey, despite having a girlfriend on the outside.

“Ciarran’s room is next to mine, so I asked if I could shower in his. He got in the shower with me,” Audrey told producers in the episode.

After the shower romp, Ciarran apologises to his girlfriend on camera in a producer interview.

“I am really sorry for what I’ve done. Hopefully you don’t leave me and we stay together,” he told cameras.

Now, Ruby has broken her silence on her boyfriend’s cheating ways.

“I just wanted to thank everyone for your messages and support the last few days,’ Ruby wrote in an Instagram story.

“It’s been an incredibly tough couple of months and not something I ever imagined I’d go through especially so publicly. So grateful for each and every one of you”.

The scandal aired just days after Ciarran told his followers that he was quitting drugs and alcohol.

“The biggest mistakes I’ve made in life come when I consume alcohol & drugs. So I decided it was finally time to put a stop to it all,” he began the post.

“No more drinking! No more drugs! No more of that bullshit. I turn into the biggest muppet there is and hurt the people closest to me over and over again. I probably should’ve realised this a few years ago but it’s better late than never.

“It’s a long road ahead to becoming the best version of myself I can be. One for myself and two for my relationship and family. The support from my partner, family and friends is next to none and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you all.”
