At the beginning of this month, Emily Ratajkowski officially became a mama bear.

As reported by news.com.au, Emily Ratajkowski welcomed her first child into the world on March 8th, with her husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard.

While the intimate images may have been received to many positive responses, an even more recent Instagram post made via her brand, Inamorata Swimwear account has had quite the opposite.

Ratajkowski took to her Inamorata Instagram to promote a range of her brand’s silk loungewear, however it was her incredibly flat belly that was really taking up centre stage in the post – particularly as users had figured out that these photos were posted just 11 days after Ratajkowski gave birth.

If you trawl the comments section, it wouldn’t take long to gauge that the responses are very mixed. Many users are congratulating Ratajkowski, while on the other hand many others are low key berating her.

And now off the back of that Instagram post which has certainly fuelled the fires surrounding the body positivity and inclusion discussion on social media, Aussie actress, Claire Holt has too taken to Instagram to share her thoughts.

Holt opened up by saying, “I try not to be the Grinch on here, but I really wanna say something ’cause it’s annoying me.”

“If you post a picture of your completely flat stomach ten days after having a baby and call that body positivity, to me that’s the same as posting a picture of the millions of dollars in your bank account and calling that success positivity.”

She continued, “It might be true, but it makes other people feel shitty about themselves, and it’s not normal, and you’re an outlier, and you’re lucky. So maybe don’t show that part? Can we just use Instagram to try and make people feel included and not feel shit about themselves?”
