Land ho! The artist behind the 2011 viral hit ‘Gay Pirates,’ Cosmo Jarvis, will be setting sail for the shores of Australia in October.

The 23-year-old UK musician and filmmaker will be touring around Australia, testing new songs for his next album, which is due for release in early 2014.

He will be playing at the Beetle Bar in Brisbane on Sunday October 13, the Northcote Social Club in Melbourne on Tuesday October 15, the Worker’s Club in Melbourne on Wednesday October 16, the Annandale Hotel in Sydney on Thursday October 24, and in Fat as Butter in Newcastle on Saturday October 26.

Jarvis will be joined by Sydney-based quartet Lime Cordiale, and tickets can be purchased at www.lovepolice.com.au/tours
