International singer-songwriter David Ryan Harris has announced he is heading Down Under this May.
Harris began his musical career in 1987 as the front man of Atlanta rock group,Follow for Now. In the decade that followed the split in 1994, Harris has written, produced and toured with the likes of John Mayer, Dave Matthews and Carlos Santana. Within Australia, Harris and Guy Sebastian also enjoy a long history of creative collaboration, with Harris co-writing and co-producing two songs on Sebastian’s,Closer to the Sun; four tracks on Sebastian’sLike it Like Thatand in 2012 co-writing the six times platinumBattle Scars.
