Asia-Pacific’s leading electronic music industry event, the Electronic Music Conference, has announced a long list of speakers that will be coming Down Under this December.

Pioneer techno DJ Carl Coxhad already been announcedas the keynote speaker earlier this year, and he’ll be joined by the likes of label boss and DJGilles Peterson, local producer Ta-ku, Liz Miller from Beatport, Tigerlily and many more.

This year’s theme has also been announced as ‘connectivity’. EMC founder Neil Ackland said, “More than any other genre of music, electronic music relies on connections both to be created and to be shared. Producers based on opposite sides of the globe collaborate via the Internet and fans use social media and other platforms to discover and share the music they love.”
