Electronic Music Conference 2016 is around the corner, and now organisers have announced the final round of speakers, as well as 16 more acts for EMCPlay, the showcase arm of the event.
Homegrown dance star Alison Wonderland has been added to the EMC bill as a keynote speaker, alongside the previously announcedNight Mayor of Amsterdam, Mirik Milan, who will no doubt be able to share an idea or two about revitalising our city’s late-night culture.
Other EMC speakers includeMartin Phillips (Bionic League), Nic HP (Majestic Casual), Jimmy Edgar, Patrick Donovan (Music Victoria) and Raj Chaudhuri (Boiler Room).
Meanwhile, joining the EMCPlay program of 26 artists performing across five venues on Wednesday November 30 are Aeroa, Dena Amy, ELSZ and Fvturistic.
EMC 2016 takes over the Ivy complex from Monday November 28 – Friday December 2. Conference and showcase tickets are on sale now.
