The Entertainment Quarter is all set to open summer in Sydney with dining and music festivals running through December.

The Entertainment Quarter in Sydney is all set to welcome summer with two new festivals running through December.

From 1st December 2022, Thursdays at the EQ will host EQ Dining Festival, featuring an assortment of food and drinks from some of Australia’s most popular brands, including Agape Organic, FIREPOP, Happy As Larry Pizza Truck, The Kofte Lab, Emmys Gourmet Gozleme and StroopBros.

The festival will also offer a range of premium craft beers, boutique wines, special cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverage options, along with performances by electronic artists. The lineup, curated by DJ Dame of Honey Point, will feature the likes of performances by Ella Haber, Don Glori, Simon TK, and Zjoso.

From 11th December 2022, Sundays at the Entertainment Quarter will play home to the EQ Sunday Festival, offering food, music, and entertainment for the whole family.

Against a live music lineup of acts like Dre & The Giants, Jeremy Gregory, Cavan Te and Cass Greaves, the EQ Sunday Festival will offer games and activities for kids, a rotating schedule of arts and crafts workshops hosted by The CRUD Muffins, and an exclusive marketplace featuring select items from creators.

In a press release, Michael Hodgson, CEO of the Entertainment Quarter, said: “We wanted to give back to Sydneysiders and visitors alike over the warmer months, and what better way to do so, than by providing them with a go-to destination that they know will consistently deliver a premium food, drink, music and play experience on an ongoing basis, all in the unique surrounds of the conveniently located Entertainment Quarter.”
