The Boys Season 3 looks to carry the content scheduled to come to Amazon Prime Video in June of 2022 as not many new series or movies have been announced for the streaming service in the coming month.

What’s coming to Amazon Prime Video in June 2022?

June 3

  • The Boys (Season 3) — Superheroes are often as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians, and sometimes even as revered as gods. But that’s when they’re using their powers for good. What happens when the heroes go rogue and start abusing their powers? When it’s the powerless against the super powerful, the Boys head out on a heroic quest to expose the truth about the Seven and Vought, the multibillion-dollar conglomerate that manages the superheroes and covers up their dirty secrets. Based on the comic book series of the same name, Season 3 of The Boys is slated to be comprised of 8 episodes that will run up until July 8th.

June 10

  • Fairfax Season 2 — The second season of the popular animated series Fairfax, in which four middle school best friends are on a never-ending quest for clout on Fairfax Avenue in L.A. will debut on June 10th.

June 17

  • The Lake — Amazon’s first scripted Canadian original, The Lake follows a man named Justin who returns from living abroad after a breakup with his long-term partner, in the hope of reconnecting with the biological daughter that he gave up for adoption in his teens. The Lake stars Jordan Gavaris as Justin and Julia Stiles as Maisy-May.
  • The Summer I Turned Pretty — On February 8, 2021, Amazon gave Lions Gate Entertainment a series order consisting of eight episodes. Based on the novel The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han, the series is created by Han and Gabrielle Stanton who are also executive producing alongside Karen Rosenfelt, Paul Lee, Nne Ebong, and Hope Hartman. On July 20, 2021, it was announced that Gavin Casalegno is set to star. The Summer I Turned Pretty was filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina.
