A new look at Henry Cavill in Matthew Vaughn’s spy thriller Argylle has just revealed the haircut of the century and fans can’t stop laughing.

Henry Cavill’s character in the upcoming spy thriller Argylle has the high and tight look pushed to Hank Hill extremes. @Uber_Kryptonian Tweeted this and people can’t seem to stop making comparisons in the comments— putting Cavill through the wringer for this haircut.

The original Tweet was captioned, “I’m convinced Matthew Vaughn hates Henry Cavill.” Which, to be frank, maybe he does.

This person was so confused by the look Cavill was given that they were immediately lost to the plot. It’s funny that this person asked if it was set in the 80s because although when the movie takes place isn’t known yet, director Matthew Vaughn did say that this film was an ode to 80s action thrillers such as Die Hard and Lethal Weapon for him.

The resemblance between Cavill’s character and Hank Hill is quite striking. Maybe Cavill could audition for the part if it ever comes up?

This person compares Henry Cavill to the PS2 version of Max Payne. There are way too many haircut comparisons for this style. Although, Cavill’s widow’s peak does set him apart.

They did not just compare him to Guile from Street Fighter…

This user calls us back to the CGI removed mustache from Joss Whedon’s Justice League that we all know and love.

Harley Quinn says, “Huh?”
