A new description for the Godzilla Vs. Kong sequel has given a key piece of information on what the futures holds for the two Kaiju.
A new plot summary for the Godzilla Vs. Kong sequel has unveiled that the two fearsome Kaiju will be teaming up to fight a “colossal undiscovered threat hidden within our world.”
This sounds like a reference to the Hollow Earth location unearthed during the events of Godzilla Vs. Kong and could have something to do with the ancient war that was fought there.

Many fans began coming up with their own theories, some of which also involved the Hollow Earth location and much speculation on which monster the duo could be facing.

One user speculated on how a movie where Kong and Godzilla could potentially happen, “Movie starts with smog monster; G & K are hibernating, So scientists infuse G-Cells with ancient plant-life found in the Hollow Earth. It grows into a city-sized Biollante, which absolutely destroys Hedorah. Godzilla and Kong awaken, & together take down the largest kaiju ever”

too soon for Destroyah (& would work better in a Godzilla focused film instead of seemingly a Kong one) and aliens are out of the equation for now could be another classic kaiju or something new but Biolante feels like she’d fit best”
