Famed video game designer, Hideo Kojima, and acclaimed film director, Jordan Peele, are meeting up once again and posting pics on Twitter to prove it.

Hideo Kojima has posted another picture of director Jordan Peele and himself on Twitter. The two seem to be hanging out a lot as Kojima posted another photo of the pair together only 4 months ago, with the same caption. The picture from December 2022 appears to be in a house setting while the most recent picture shows the two sitting down with each other around drinks, in more of a booth-like setting.

Seeing these two together so often has inevitably gotten their fans excited, as the prospect of two creative geniuses of their caliber, collaborating, gets the mind rolling on what they could come up with. There is, of course, also the possibility that they are just friends hanging out, which would also be cool.

The two have a history of talking with each other and hanging out that goes beyond these past two incidents. Peele previously appeared on Kojima’s podcast Brain Structure, where he talked about Nope as well as some other creative prospects that excite him. Peele also talked about the possibility of making a video game someday, and when Kojima asked about his interest in developing a game himself Peele responded, “absolutely. I do love games, yes is the answer.”

Due to Jordan Peele’s lack of experience in shipping and developing games, maybe he is teaming up with Kojima to work together on a new game. It’s certainly possible, but nothing is confirmed yet.
