Daily Mail has scoped out the hungover Aussie stars who appear to have taken post-Logies partying very seriously.

The publication has published photos and anecdotes about which celebrities appeared a bit worse for wear this morning after the 62nd TV Week Logie Awards.

Amongst the famous faces were reality stars Anna Heinrich and Simone Holtznagel who were spotted waiting for an Uber outside the venue at sunrise.

The Block contestants Mitch Edwards and Mark McKie were reportedly spotted looking “very giddy” outside of the ceremony.

Gold Logie winner Hamish Blake was also spotted staggering into transport after the ceremony, with his gong in one hand and a bucket of hot chips in the other.

MAFS star Al Perkins was captured doing a “shooey” on the red carpet on his way into the ceremony. He also “gatecrashed” a live broadcast of the Today show this morning. Perkins had been up all night partying and showed up on the Today set in a pair of Speedos and jumped into an ice bath to cure his hangover.

Although this year’s season of Married At First Sight had meteoric ratings and was nominated for the Most Popular Reality Program Logie, it was beaten by Masterchef.

In a controversial move, only seven of the 22 participants that appeared on MAFS 2022 were invited to this year’s Logies. Domenica Calarco, Ella Ding, Brent Vitiello, Al Perkins, Jack Millar, Selina Chhaur and Dion Giannarelli were all invited to the prestigious TV event. Olivia Frazer, Jackson Lonie, Tamara Djordjevic, Cody Bromley, Selin Mengu, Anthony Cincotta, Samantha Moitzi, Kate Laidlaw, Matthew Ridley, Jessica Seracino, Daniel Holmes, Holly Greenstein, Andrew David, Mitch Eynaud and Carolina Santos were snubbed by the event and didn’t receive an invitation.

Though always an important event for Australian actors, this year’s Logies were hotly anticipated because the awards ceremony was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 because of the pandemic.
