I’m A Celebrity contestant Aesha Scott has opened up about meeting John Mayer on the Bravo talk show Watch What Happens Live in July last year.

In the episode, Scott was asked a bunch of questions about her Below Deck co-stars, and Mayer acted as the bar tender. In last night’s episode of I’m A Celebrity, Aesha told co-star Woody that she found out the musician watched back all of her episodes of Below Deck a few months after they filmed together.

When Woody asked if Mayer flirted with Scott, she didn’t exactly deny it.

“I don’t think he was being overly flirty,” she said. “He was just being nice.”

“I think he was keen, Aesha,” Woody replied. “I think he might have been a little bit keen. He’s watched all of your episodes of Below Deck and then he has asked about you for months after that.

“I’ve got a feeling John Mayer is still pretty keen! I know you’re a taken woman, but you should steer clear of John Mayer.”

This year’s contestants on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! range from sports players to reality stars and include Nathan Henry from Geordie Shore, Nick Cummins from The Bachelor, Peter Hellair from The Project and gold Logie winner Kerrie Anne Kennerly.

However, the latter only lasted three days in the jungle before self-elimination. Her withdrawal came after a heated fight with her co-star MAFS’ Domenica Calarco.

Dom had previously taken annoyance with the fact that Kerri-Anne Kennerly had a clause in her contract that allowed her to take make-up into the jungle campsite in South Africa. Then, in an eating contest, Dom, KAK, along with fellow contestants Ian ‘Dicko’ Dickson and Woody Whitelaw were challenged to eat an Antelopes’s testicles in order to win food for the group.

Domenica criticised Kennerly for not giving the challenge a go and called her selfish.

“Miss big contract lady, ‘Can’t tell me what to do.’ I don’t want your (make-up), I don’t want your Revlon 1989 lipstick, doll,’ Dom told KAK.

“It’s not fair – it’s not fair to everyone in there who actually tries. Why are you here, bro? Legit, actually, why are you here?!’
