The fifth Italo episode invitesyou to boogie down with Italo-inspiredcanapés and cocktails: because Italians really do do it better.
Icebergs Dining Room and Bar will play host to the latest Italo Dining and Disco Club, to be held on Thursday October 13.
Celebrated gourmands Maurice Terzini and Giovanni Paradiso, long-time purveyors of fine wining and dining events,have come together yet again to curate the standing event for one night only, celebrating all things Italo with a selection of canapés, cocktails and the very finest Italo disco to approximately 400 lucky guests.
International DJs Mike Simonetti and Stefano Pierozzi have been specially enlisted to inspire the night with their renowned tastemaking selections, while talents from Terzini and Paradiso’s four kitchens around Sydney will offer up a delicious selection of Italian festival and street food and cocktails. The newest signature aperitivo for this Summer – the Contratto Spritz – will also be unveiled, with beverages and food provided on the night.
