Jake Paul definitely isn’t a fan of Zayn Malik, coming at the singer with insults after his new assault allegation.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer called Malik a “dickhead” when TMZ asked him for his opinion on the former One Direction star.
“That guy’s a fucking lunatic,” he said. “He needs help—he needs to go to rehab, all that shit. And I called it since day one. The guy’s a complete asshole and of course, he punches Gigi’s mom. … He punched her in the face or some shit bro. That guy’s a dickhead. … He’s lucky I didn’t beat his ass last time we were here in Vegas last time.”
Paul and Malik have previous together, having once almost getting into a fight in Las Vegas when the found themselves staying in the same hotel. Paul and his big brother Logan had asked Malik if he wanted to party with them and when the singer didn’t seem all that interested in the invite, the younger Paul took offence to the snub.
It’s why Paul relished the news of Malik’s troubles last week, posting on Twitter, “Your ‘rEsPeCtFuL KiNg’ punched your mom in the face.”
When TMZ pressed him about who would triumph in a boxing battle between them, Paul was defiant. “Nah, he has to box his fucking demons first. … I don’t need to squash shit (with Gigi and Zayn). I don’t got no problems. Just people are assholes. Truth always comes out.”
Paul’s words come after Malik was charged with four counts of harassment against Gigi Hadid’s mother Yolanda. According to court documents, the singer “grabbed and shove her into a dresser causing mental anguish and physical pain.”

He was sentenced to 360 days of probation, and must complete anger management and domestic violence education programmes. Unsurprisingly, Malik and Hadid have reportedly ended their relationship after the incident.
