Presented by Australian theatre producer John Frost and artistic director LydonTerracini, the musical adaptation ofThe Strange Case Of Dr Jekyll And Mr Hydeby Robert Louis Stevenson is set to hit Australian shores later this year.

The famous storyline plays with the concept of interweaving good and evil to a point where the human psyche splits into separate identies. No doubt adapting this theme for musical theatre will showcase a captivating theatrical experience.

“I am very excited to finally bring this wonderful musical to Australia for its first professional production,” said Frost. “At a recent workshop in New York, this re-imagined version proved to be a powerful and moving experience for everyone present, and I know audiences are going to be enthralled by the classic story and the magnificent music.”

Auditions for the principal and ensemble cast will occur over the next few months, and dates and venues will be announced shortly. Visit jekyllandhydemusical.com.au for details.
