Though ‘The Horse heads to the Fox’ sounds like the title of a particularly saccharine children’s book, the upcoming February Live At The Sly is already shaping up to be a very significant evening indeed.
Joseph Liddy And The Skeleton Horse, a band bolstered by a number of ex-members of The Middle East, have been announced as the headline act for the upcoming February Live At The Sly, proving once again that those behind the Slyfox’s music schedule have pretty impeccable taste.
Joseph Liddy et al combine funky and raucous riffs with a face-melting psychedelic power, so only a fool would miss the chance to experience this ten piece powerhouse live. Rounding out the bill are psych-poppers King Colour and flute-shreddin’ wunderkinds Gypsys of Pangea, making the entire an evening an unmissable event for anybody who’s anybody. Get on it, folks.
Joseph Liddy And The Skeleton Horse hit the Slyfox on Friday February 5. More information is available on their facebook page.
