The Australian-based singer-songwriter has announced an intimate gig to be held at Oxford Circus in August.

Australian-based singer songwriter Josh Johnston has added a free Sydney show to see out the end of a successful album tour through Europe and the USA.The Call in Whispers tour, to promote his new album of the same name, was very well-received, with CDs and artist merchandise selling out within weeks.

Josh, who has co-written with the likes ofJoel Quartermain (Eskimo Joe), Davey Lane (You Am I), Steve Parkin (Basement Birds), and Jen Cloher, draws from a rich musical background to produce a catchy style of pop/rock that brings to mind the likes ofThe Temper Trap, Empire of the Sun and Matt Corby.
