Kim Kardashian is reportedly being sued by seven of her former gardening and maintenance staff who once worked on maintaining her $60 million Hidden Hills mansion.

As reported by Page Six, the former staff members are suing Kardashian on the grounds of unpaid wages, as well as overtime pay she allegedly owes them too.

Not only that, they also claim that Kardashian is guilty of dodgy tax stuff, claiming that she withheld 10% of their wages for taxes purposes, forced them to work without stopping to take meal breaks. According to the accusers, she was reportedly also late to pay them.

And before you think it couldn’t get any worse. Apparently it did. According to one of the former staff members, they allegedly brought up all of the aforementioned issues with the only outcome being immediate firing. Yikes.

Frank Kim of law firm Kim Legal, who is representing the former staff stated, “Wage theft and other workplace violations are a widespread problem in Los Angeles. My firm is currently investigating other potential violations against these defendants, as well as other powerful families and businesses on behalf of everyday workers.”

A spokesperson for Kardashian issued a statement to Page Six, saying, “These workers were hired and paid through a third-party vendor hired by Kim to provide ongoing services. Kim is not party to the agreement made between the vendor and their workers, therefore she is not responsible for how the vendor manages their business and the agreements they have made directly with their staff.”

They continued, “Kim has never not paid a vendor for their services and hopes that the issue between these workers and the vendor who hired them can be amicably resolved soon.”

Further according to Page Six, a source close to Kardashian said that she doesn’t have a history of not paying bills on time. They said, “She takes a lot of pride in paying people on time for their work so this issue has nothing to do with her and these workers are suing the wrong person.”
