Forget team-ups with the beloved Golden Gaytime, because Krispy Kreme has just announced the collaboration of a lifetime – an official Rick and Morty range including three fresh flavours and a brand new shake – which launches today.

First up is the Pickle Rick Doughnut, filled with lemon crème and topped with a white choc ‘Pickle Rick’ that you’ll only ingest if you’re a god damn monster. Next up is the pretty in pink Simple Rick’s Wafer Cookie, which is filled with vanilla crème, dipped in strawberry truffle and topped with a white choc wafer disc.

Then finally we have Strawberry Smiggles, a classic Krispy Kreme Original Glazed delight packing strawberry filling and topped with mini marshmallows, crunchy meringue pieces and confetti.

Should you require something to wash these tasty dounughts down, you needn’t look further than the Fleeb Juice shake, a regular milkshake mixed with raspberry and blue heaven flavours.

The doughnuts will set you back $3.60 a pop, $12.95 for a four-pack or $27.95 for a dozen if you’re really looking for a sugar rush. The milkshake, meanwhile, will be $4.95 for a regular or $5.95 for a large.

That’s not all though, because if you’re a true Rick and Morty superfan, the doughnut lovers will also be giving away 100 collector’s edition bucket hats that’ll prove just how deep your love of the cult Netflix show runs.

All you need to do is head to Krispy Kreme Australia’s Instagram or Facebook page between 12pm, February 19 and 12pm, February 28, tag a friend on the competition post and comment with your favourite catchphrase from the show, of which there is a rich bounty.

It’s worth noting that it’s not all good news for everybody. The new treats won’t be available in SA, NT, TAS or in 7-Eleven, BP or Jesters (WA) stores. So, if that’s you, then yeah… prepare for some serious FOMO vibes. This is way better than that Pickle Pizza abomination that was definitely not how mamma makes it.

But for now, in the words of Rick himself, that’s the wayyyyyy the news goes.
