Lorde has postponed her Australian tour dates due to illness (the bad, non-‘urban dictionary’ kind.)

Frontier Touring announced that our favourite underage megastar is being flown back to New Zealand for some R & R. In a related story, this is the first time that someone flying back across the Tasman has ever been viewed as a negative event.

Lorde said “it breaks [her] heart” to cancel the shows but that her health needs to be her priority.

Fans can get a full refund for the Sydney shows at Hordern Pavillion on May 3 by contacting them at132 849, though it is advised they hold on to tickets as promoters work on rescheduling.
