MAFS stars Brent Vitiello and Ella Ding both went on quite the journey on the show but it looks like they might have found consolation with each other.

Rumours that they’re dating have been spread since the finale of season nine aired, with the pair spotted together around Sydney several times.

So when they held a joint birthday party this weekend, the rumours seemed to hold more truth than ever (as per The Daily Mail). I mean, Brent and Ella’s parents were also in attendance, which screams budding romance.

The big birthday bash took place at swanky Potts Point joint Eros, with several of the pair’s fellow MAFS contestants also in attendance. Selina Chhaur even flew in all the way from Adelaide to be there for the night, bless. Separated couple Jack Millar and Domenica Calarco were also present, fuelling rumours that those two are also actually dating.

It sounds like Brent is rather smitten with Ella. In an interview with New Idea, he gushed about their relationship, revealing they’d grown “really, really close” since filming concluded.

“Me and Ella have spoken. We are really, really close,” he said. “We’ve had the conversation that if we had been matched, things would’ve turned out amazingly and we were a lot more suited.”

Brent explained that the reason they weren’t taking their relationship to the next level just yet was because Ella was still recovering from her split from her MAFS husband Mitch Eynaud.

“We are just spending time together as really good friends, and if something happens, it does; if it doesn’t, it doesn’t. We’re kind of open to both of it,” he said.

Do you think Brent and Ella would be a great match? Anything’s an improvement on Brent and Tamara Djordjevic’s doomed romance.
