In recent days reports have been circulating that MAFS villain Olivia Frazer was fired from her job “as a direct result of the show”.

“Yeah, look. I’ve already lost my job as a direct result of this show,” Oliva said during an interview with HIT Network‘s Hughesy, Ed and Erin, in which she also infamously claimed she was “more hated than Vladimir Putin.”

However, the 27-year-old has now revealed that she actually chose to resign from her position. Interestingly, it’s also recently been reported that Olivia has signed on with celebrity agent Max Markson to represent her and Jackson as they launch their post-MAFS career.

During an appearance on HIT Network’s Nick, Jess and Ducko show, Olivia revealed that her mental health had been so negatively affected by her time on MAFS, that she “needed” to resign from her job.

“I needed to resign from my job. Because, one, I’m so depressed I can barely get out of bed so how am I supposed to work? And, two, I can’t get into it but it wasn’t going to work for my place of employment.”

Olivia went on the say that her former employer did everything in their power to try and keep her.

“They tried to keep me, they did everything that they could. They love me. I’m going to get a fantastic letter of recommendation, but it was just an impossible situation with how much hate I was getting from the public.”

During the same interview, one of the hosts asked Olivia about her Putin comment and questioned whether she’s “still feeling the hate”.

“Yeah, of course, I am,” she replied. “Jack’s [Jackson] gotta take me to the shops, I’m scared of public.”

She added: “I don’t know what the public wants from me if I’m too scared to go out”.

Throughout season nine of the hit show Married At First Sight, Frazer has repeatedly found herself in the middle of explosive situations. She was first unofficially awarded the villain title after ridiculing co-star Domenica over her “annoying” voice and then embellishing a story about Domenica smashing glass and using it like a “weapon” and waving it in her face.

Shortly after that event, Frazer admitted to finding a risque picture of Calarco that was used to promote her OnlyFans account, and sharing it with other participants in the MAFS experiment.

However, Olivia faced a dressing down from MAFS experts on the Reunion Finale episode that aired last night. During the episode, a video was played to the cast which detailed the beef between co-stars Olivia and Domenica.

The montage showed the ins and outs of Domenica and Olivia’s bitter feud and proved that Domenica didn’t wave a smashed glass around at all, or use it like a “weapon”. It also showed Olivia lying to the entire group and accusing Domenica of the fact.

Furthermore, the video showed that Olivia’s claims about a ‘friend’ finding a racy picture of Domenica and sending it to her were proven untrue, as well as Olivia’s accusations of Domenica coming over to her house and yelling at her.
