Future MAFS contestants, heed this warning: poor Jessika Power had to travel halfway across the world to finally find love.

Jessika, who took part in season six of the reality show, moved to the U.K. in search of love and eventually found happiness with podcaster Connor Thompson. The couple now live in Manchester with their little dog Sushi.

In an interview with The Daily Telegraph, Jessika discussed her blossoming relationship, praising Connor for always “treating her right.”

“I had to fly halfway around the world to find the right guy that treats you right,” she said, finding time for a jibe at Aussie men in the process. “I think I have had the worst relationships ever, and been through every toxic crap you can think of.”

Jessika is currently back in her home country for a couple of weeks, and said that she and her partner are simply “happy getting to know each other.” “I have learnt in my life not to take things in leaps and bounds any more, and to just enjoy the moment and that is what we are doing,” she added.

She also used to wonder if anyone would be able to “put up” with her busy lifestyle and “big” personality, revealing that Connor “doesn’t let (my lifestyle) affect our relationship.”

Jessika recently weighed in on the latest MAFS season and the controversy surrounding Olivia leaking a racy photo of Dom from her OnlyFans account.

“As women in 2022 aren’t we supposed to be empowering each other? I thought it was disgusting for another woman to do that to another woman,” Jessika, who cheated on her on-screen MAFS husband Mick Gould with co-star Dan Webb, said.

“She shouldn’t be laughed at behind her back, I think Olivia was grasping at straws and I don’t agree with it. It was horrible.”
