Former MAFS star Jessika Power has shared a video and photos of her getting a BBL, and explained how process affected her.
Power opted for fillers in her bottom, with is much less invasive than a typical BBL that usually involves surgery. She told her followers she was heading in for a “treatment” and posted a close-up video of a nurse injecting filler into her behind shortly after.
In the next Instagram slide, Power took to her Instagram stories to explain the process.
“Didn’t hurt at all, the girls were amazing they knew exactly what they were doing,” she said. “I’m not going to say how much it was because it depends on how much filler you want. I got 200ml, 100 ml on each side. As I said to you guys, I never ever lie about what I’ve got done to myself because I’m not that type of influencer.”
Power continued, “I’m not going to say, ‘I’ve been to the gym, my booty has grown’. I just want to have my butt injected with butt filler.”
In subsequent slides, Power shared photos of the bruising, as well as some more insight into why she got the work done.
“Little bit of bruising today. It will soften and fill out in 2 weeks. I didn’t have the best sleep and the pain level is probably sitting on a 4… It’s more of a dull ache,” she wrote on the first post-surgery pic.

“Here’s the front. I wanted my hip dips filled out as I lost a lot of volume there when I had my fat transfer. Will keep you guys updated again in a week. I’m always transparently with anything I get done and I want to keep myself open to any questions you might have about anything I’ve had done,” she wrote.
Power then circled areas that she said she had the filler injected to help, and wrote “These are the places I felt I was lacking volume and so this is where I was injected using lots of numbing and a canula.”
