It’s been revealed that their pet goat of MAFS star Tayla, named Hugo, was sadly hit by a bus and passed away.

“It was chaos,” a source told Daily Mail Australia of the accident. They added: “The school children were screaming, and the bus really copped it.”

They continued, “Tayla is absolutely heartbroken.”

“She loved that goat like it was her own child and has been upset ever since she found out.”

“It’s been a really tough time for her, especially with everything else that’s been going on with the show.”

“She’s been trying to stay strong, but it’s just been so hard,” they finished.

MAFS viewers will remember that Tayla spoke about her goat when she married her partner,  also name Hugo, in a MAFS episode. When the groom introduced himself, Tayla told him that she had a pet goat with the same name.

“Oh my God. I can’t believe I said that,” Tayla told 9Entertainment about the scene.

“It just came out, and I don’t know why. It’s so embarrassing that I said that…”

In a recent interview, Tayla spoke about how she believes that contestants who didn’t cooperate with producers when they were encouraged to create drama received bad edits on the show.

“So many things that happened during filming, there are people that will get on in front of the camera and make a lot of drama, are happy to start rumors and make people feel really bad,” she said on the Kyle and Jackie O show.

“Then there are the other people that kind of push back against the producers [and] pressure about starting drama and making people feel really uncomfortable. And unfortunately, the ones that are getting the golden edit did do that [make drama]. And the ones [who don’t do what producers want] are getting really rotten, butchered edits.”
