Wes Andersons next offering is rumoured to be a musical set in post-World War II France, as French publication Premiere reports. Rumours are circulating that Devo frontman Mark Mothersbaugh has been penned to write original songs for it.
Wes Anderson films and music have always been intrinsically linked. From Seu Jorge’s gorgeous, Portuguese interpretations of Bowie classics featured in The Life Aquatic to The Beach Boys cover of ‘Ol Man River’ from Fantastic Mr. Fox. Anderson is truly a master of curating a memorable soundtrack.
