Canadian act The Jessica Stuart Few have joined forces with singer-songwriter Marta Pacek for a co-headline tour of Australia, stopping in Sydney this April.
Alt-folk artist Pacek has travelled heavily between Australia and America these past few years, spreading the word of her debut album Rebel Baby and last year’s follow-up Voodoo Dolls And False Alarms.
Indie/folk/jazz trio The Jessica Stuart Few have wowed audiences around the world with non-traditional instrumentation paired with world-class songwriting. Frontwoman Jessica Stuart performs songs on a Koto, a Japanese traditional 13-stringed floor harp instrument. She is backed up by a double bass and drums, and all three members come together to create three-part harmonies.
Marta Peacek and The Jessica Stuart Few perform at Django Bar on Saturday April 4. Tickets are $15 and available from Stickytickets.
