Reality star and influencer Martha Kalifatidis has posted a topless photo to share her health battle with IBS.

The 32-year-old revealed that she’s had countless fans ask if she’s pregnant due to the bloating she’s experienced as part of the condition.

“Today. This is IBS. It really sucks,” she wrote an Instagram story showing the bloating she’s experiencing.

“I do have some things that help and remedies that I go-to to help ease it. I’m happy to share, but also I’m not a doctor,” she said.

The post comes after photos that Kalifatidis has shared in recent days that she’s said have had fans questioning if she’s pregnant. In one particular photo, the influencer was wearing a white silk dress for a dinner with her fiance Michael Brunelli.

“Also not pregnant, but thank you for asking,” she wrote in a follow-up story showing her wearing the outfit.

Kalifatidis added: “Just got back from a feast at Da Orazio [restaurant] and haven’t sh*t in six days so I hope that answers that for y’all.”

Brunelli and Kalifatidis met on season six of MAFS when they were partnered together in the experiment. They have stayed together since the show and got officially engaged last December.

Kalifatidis has been open with her followers 600k+ followers about her battle with IBS. IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) is a condition that affects the colon and causes discomfort, pain, diarrhoea, constipation and bloating. Though there is no cure for the condition, it can often be controlled through diet and lifestyle changes.

In February, Kalifatidis also stressed to fans that she wasn’t pregnant, and the bloating was a symptom of IBS.

“I am not pregnant! You can stop asking me. I’ve been offline because I have felt like sh*t since Covid,” she said on Instagram at the time.

“The ‘dream’ you had I was pregnant isn’t real, the inkling you had I was pregnant … babe you ain’t onto something”
