Mogwai are one of those singular band that do exactly whatever they like, prolifically and consistently (and noisily), and amass a huge audience along the way. Ten albums, video game soundtracks, doco soundtracks. Whatever they like.

Live they are a huge-sounding band, which you’ll be able to witness first hand (the best way to witness thing, I think) on March 4 when they play the Enmore Theatre.

It’s an all-ages show, so if you bring along a toddler, pop some noise-cancelling headphones on her. Or him.

Tickets go on sale next Tuesday, November 14 at 9am.

Mogwai are also playing Golden Plains on March 10, if you’re heading along to that.
