World music act Nahko And Medicine For The People have announced a series of Bluesfest sideshows, including one at the Oxford Art Factory.

Oregon native Nahko comes from a mixed background of Apache, Puerto Rican and Filipino cultures, so music runs through his very veins. His group plays a meld of folk, urban and roots sounds, and were added to the Bluesfest lineup after an excited Peter Noble saw them at Michael Franti’s Soulshine Festival in Bali.

See them at Oxford Art Factory on Friday April 25. Tickets on sale now through bluesfesttouring.com.au.
