October is Good Food Month in Sydney, which is a much more civilised and delicious way to spend the month than Oktoberfest, if this is a competition. (And it is. Everything is)

The highlight of Good Food Month is the Night Noodle Markets at Hyde Park, where over thirty vendors battle for the attention of your tastebuds, with everything from BBQ to ice-cream, and all that lies between.

As the menu shows, there are numerous vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, so if sustenance is your bag, get along to the markets tonight – and every night until October 22, when you’ll be dragged out of the park, sweaty and sauce-stained, asking “why can’t every month be like this?”

Find out more about the markets here (although I clearly covered it all above) Opening hours are below. Eat in moderation. Or don’t. It’s all about choices.

Opening Hours:

Monday & Tuesday 5pm – 9pm

Wednesday & Thursday 5pm – 10pm

Friday 5pm – 11pm

Saturday 4pm-10pm

Sunday 4pm – 9pm
