Boss Battle Records have released the soundtrack for the award-winning video game No Straight Roads – a music-based action-adventure game from the minds of Wan Hazmer (Final Fantasy XV) and Daim Dziauddin (Street Fighter V).

Boss Battle Records and Remote Control Records have officially released the soundtrack to the highly anticipated video game to coincide with its global release on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Directed by Wan Hazmer, the lead game designer of Final Fantasy XV, and Daim Dziauddin, concept artist of Street Fighter V, No Straight Roads is an action-adventure game that fuses rhythm-infused combat with a wild, offbeat world and a killer soundtrack. In fact, the game has already been awarded with the Best Audio Award at Taipei Game Show’s Taipei Indie Game Award.

No Straight Roads is created with two goals in mind: to reinforce the role of audio in a video game without having to turn it into a rhythm game, and to tell a story about different musical ideals through epic visual elements.

NSR’s eclectic soundtrack was put together by Falk Au Yeong, James Landino, Andy Tunstall and Funk Fiction, with the tracks featuring an array of artists from all over the world, including Brazilian drummer Bruno Valverde, pianist Tony Ann, orchestral maestro Shota Nakama, midori of Japanese metal band LOVEBITES, Daisuke Kurosawa, EDM extraordinaire Roborob, vocalist supreme Nikki Simmons and more.

No Straight Roads is available to play now on PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PC .
