Olivia Frazer has admitted that she won’t be watching the upcoming season of MAFS because she doesn’t want to “support production”.
Olivia rose to fame after being portrayed as the villain on the 2022 season of Married at First Sight. While her TV journey initially began smoothly – when she was ‘married’ to partner Jackson and the couple appeared smitten – she quickly drew criticism from viewers for her actions on the show.
Although Olivia is one of the most recognizable faces to ever come off the popular reality show, the 29-year-old told her Instagram followers that she won’t be tuning into season ten of MAFS, which premieres on January 30th.
During a Q&A session on Instagram, a follower asked Olivia: “Do you feel like the new MAFS season airing will change anything for you?”
The reality star responded, “I don’t think that the new season airing is going to change anything for me. If anything it’s probably just going to make me a little less relevant which I’m absolutely fine with.
“I am nervous that it will be very triggering for me, not because I’m going to watch it. I’m not going to watch and support production. But, if there are any cast members from this season [who are] having a head time, please feel free to reach out. I’m happy to support you personally and in any way, I can because I know how hard it is.”
In May last year – shortly after the show finished airing – Olivia told the hosts of Where’s Your Head At? podcast that she was “really, really depressed” as a result of her edit on MAFS.

“I’ve never had depression like this,” Olivia told co-hosts Anna McEvoy and Matt Zukowski.
“I’ve honestly never been this close to – sorry to get a bit graphic – really thinking about taking my own life.”
Frazer told the hosts that her on-screen husband, and now boyfriend, Jackson Leonie, helped her through the hard times she experienced once the show began airing.
“To have Jack be my absolute anchor [through this], I think it speaks to the relationship and the man he is,” she said, adding that “only in the last week” she has noticed that she’s feeling happier.
“Now it’s a bit like … Smile and wave,” she added.
