At this point, Paul Kelly has pretty much become synonymous with the Australian Christmas experience. ‘How To Make Gravy’ is part of the Aussie Christmas DNA. It’s 2 pm, you’re sizzling yourself by your aunties pool in her Quakers Hill home, you’ve sunk a couple of cans of Woodstock, it’s time to greet our dear friend Dan and pass on our hopes that he’s doing well.

To celebrate the festive season, and Paul Kelly’s forthcoming The Making Gravy tour, Kelly has teamed up with the iconic Harry’s Café de Wheels. The two touchstones of Australian culture have come together to create a limited edition Gravy Pie.

The Gravy pie is inspired by ‘How To Make Gravy’. This is a no-frills rat coffin, just a traditional pastry casket filled with lean chunks of beef, caramelised onion, black pepper gravy and topped with peppercorns.

The limited-edition pie will be available up until December 27th.
