You can shave your beards now (if you want) because the looooong-awaited LP Joy is due to be released.

Melbourne trio The Peep Tempel have announved a release date for their third LP Joy. Itfollows their previous album, Tales, which seduced fans across Australia and was described as a “punky arse record”, and a brutal look at contemporary suburban Australia.

The Peep Tempel wrote Joy in their West Melbourne studio last summer and again collaborated with engineer Anna Laverty who recorded and mixed the album at Sing Song Studios.In essence, Joy is punky arse 2.0 with a whole lot of vivd story-telling.
