Their new EP radiates with their well-known ’90s pop punk energy combined with heavy emo and hardcore sound.

Forming in 2012, Raised as Wolves showcase a distinctive punk rock edge and have shared the stage with Frenzal Romb, Clowns, The Bennies, Nerdlinger, Columbus, The Stiffys, Born Lion and many more. Their new EP Phonebook for Hokkaido represents their significant growth and development as a band; their songs address themes of social anxiety, homesickness and loss, although Raised As Wolves don’t take themselves too seriously.

The band have also released their second EP sampling I Criticise today, and they’ll be touring the East Coast to promote Phonebook for Hokkaido.

Raised As Wolves will be getting rowdy at the Valve Bar on Sunday September 18; tickets via the venue website.
