Speculation has recently been running rife that singer Rita Ora and director Taika Waititi tied the knot in July. However, neither party has confirmed their marriage.

However, Ora has opened up about her relationship with Waititi on Jaime Winstone’s Greatest Night Ever podcast, saying that she is “very much in love”.

“I’m in love. I’m very much in love. I’m in love, I’m in love, amen!” She said when asked about her marriage to Waititi.

She added, “But I love love as well. I’ve always been such a believer in it and I’ve always felt like I always wanted the fairytale and that’s what I grew up loving.”

In the same interview, the global pop star said that she was inspired by the loving relationship her parents share.

“My parents have been together for over 30 years, so for me it was always about love and finding a partner and all that, so I’m really happy I did.

“I made that choice. It made me happy and I love Taika. He’s so funny and lovely.”

While Waititi and Ora’s marriage isn’t confirmed, a source previously told The Sun that the couple had a low-key wedding in July.

This isn’t about them doing a big showy thing and crowing about it beforehand. It’s just about them being in love and deciding the time is right to formalise their relationship. They couldn’t be happier,” the source said at the time.

Ora first sparked romance rumours between herself and Waititi in April last year when she uploaded a photo to Instagram of Watiti with his arms around her.

“Good times, memories, random things on my phone and the ones I love,” she captioned her post alongside a collage of other images.
