Sydney-based photographer Robyn Stacey has been transforming a number of Sydney venues in to walk-in camera obscurities, an exhibition of these works soon to debut at Stills Gallery.

Stacey has transformed several residences and studios of notable local artists, giving new insight in to these unqiue creative spaces in her new series of works Dark Matter.

Dark Matter aims to explore the transient union of light and space in an artist’s most intimate surroundings.

Some of the sites photographed for the new series include the library of Brett and Wendy Whiteley, the lateMartin Sharp‘s Bellevue Hill residence and the National Art School in Darlinghurst.

Be enlightened by Dark Wonderfrom Thursday October 6 until Saturday November 5 at Stills Gallery, Paddington.
