From starring and writing for the acclaimed sketch comedy show Kroll Show, to cementing his status as one of the industry’s hardest working stand-up comedians, Ron Funches is a must-see live act.
He’s making his first ever trip to Australia this month where he’ll play five shows at the iconic Comic’s Lounge for the Melbourne International Comedy followed by a show each at Perth’s Regal Theatre and Sydney’s Factory Theatre.
Previously described as ‘comedy’s relaxing equivalent of a glass of wine in a fragrant bubble bath’, you’ve probably caught a glimpse of Funches’ unique brand of stand up on one of his many appearances on The Conan O’Brien Show or The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.
Taking his talents to the silver screen, you may have caught Funches in the 2015 comedy Get Hard, or on the sit-com Undateable, alongside fellow stand up Chris De’lia.
