Sunday December 6 will see Circular Quay and surrounds transformed into a sea of red and white with the seventh annual Santa Fun Run taking place in conjunction with children’s charity, Variety.

The day aims to raise much-needed funds for sick, disadvantaged and special needs children, with festivities on the day includinga huge group #santasquad selfie, a giant snow dome, snow machines, a Christmas village and a live Santa DJ (apparently Santa can drop not only presents, but also some fat beats).

Participants taking part in the five kilometre accessible course, which begins at First Fleet Park and follows a route around Sydney Harbour’s foreshore, will be given a lightweight Santa suit with registration.

Online registrations are now open, with more information available on the Variety Santa Fun Run webpage.
