The episode comes after a significant few weeks for the Prime Minister. After the awkward photoshoot with Grace Tame on Australia Day, the PM was hit with controversy around the religious discrimation bill. And lastly, the PM was given a less than flattering review by Tame and Brittany Higgins at the National Press Club.
At the event, Tame revealed she had received a “threatening” phone call from a government-funded organisation asking her not to slander the Prime Minister with an election coming soon.
In the ad for the episode, Karl Stefanovic jokes “you might need more than a miracle this time,” in regards to him winning the next election. Lucky, Scomo does. He has a singing voice that would make angels cry… For one reason or another.

In the uncomfortable clip, the Morrison family sit around the dining table as Dad whips out the ukulele to play Dragon’s ‘April Sun In Cuba’.
Daughter’s Lily and Abbey sit in strained silence as Morrison gets one line out, before forgetting the next.
“I can’t remember the words.”
Stefanovic suggests to Jenny that she should accompany him. But, she doesn’t seem to share the same passion for the song like the PM.
