Stranger Things has always been the gift that keeps on giving.
Now that we’re three seasons deep, there’s no chance we’re giving up on the Hawkins residents now, no matter how long we have to wait.
Let’s rewind to the end of season three – an absolute rollercoaster for viewers both visually and emotionally, which also ended up opening a rabbit hole of speculations as to what the truth was behind Hopper’s supposed death.
Since then we didn’t really know much, that is until October this year when Netflix announced that the filming of Stranger Things season four had been resumed.

And now, new characters additions have been unveiled, vaguely shedding some light on what might be in store for us with season four.
People have reported the show’s new regular characters as described by Netflix: Jamie Campbell Bower plays a caring man who works as an orderly at a psychiatric hospital, Eduardo Franco plays a fun-loving stoner who works at a pizza bar and Joseph Quinn plays the brains behind Hawkins High’s official Dungeons and Dragons club.
But wait there’s more. There will also be five additional characters who are set to make regular appearances throughout the season.
Sherman Augustus will comprise the role of Lt. Colonel Sullivan, Mason Dye will play a popular boy at Hawkins High and Robert Englund will play Victor Creel, a prisoner at a psychiatric hospital who is guilty of a gruesome murder which went down in the 1950s.
In true Duffer brothers style – sounds pretty creepy.
People also mention that some of the new characters indicate that the series will definitely be building on from what’s happened in Russia so far – reporting that Nikola Djuricko will play the character of a Russian smuggler, and Tom Wlaschiha will play a Russian prison guard.
In addition to what we already know from official trailers, season 4 is about to be well-worth the wait.
