The hushed sounds of The Soft Moon will make their way to Sydney, with the artist locking in a highly anticipated show.

The Soft Moon will be arriving as a full live band in their first ever Australian visit. Helmed by Luis Vasquez, the artist never intended forThe Soft Moonto reach the public’s ears. For him, music has always been about self-actualization rather than self- aggrandizement. Nevertheless, the bleak, intimate sounds he created years ago in his small Oakland apartment bubbled to the surface and 2010 saw his debut self-titled LP released on Captured Tracks rise to critical acclaim.

From there on in, there was no turning back. TheTotal DecayEP andZerosemerged soon after, and in 2015 Vasquez returned with The Soft Moon’s most introspective and focused album to date inDeeper.
